Handling

Confirm or manipulate your details with
the aid of your order overview. |

After completion of the order procedure
you may click on the print version of your order. Anyway at the same
time our system automaticly send you a confirmation email, which may
take up to one hour depending on the email provider. |

Please note that we cannot
ship the goods until receipt of payment. This may take up to 3 days
depending on the bank. After this DPD gets the goods within 24 hours.

Payment
Prepayment
|
After we receive your order you need to
transfer the invoice total in advance to our bank account. After we
received the payment (2-3 days in general), your purchase will immediately
be sent to you. If you can send us a proof of payment concerning your
order before 12:00 am on weekdays, your order will be taken care of
on the same day. You can send us a fax or an email. Just tell us your
invoice- and delivery address, so we can send you a pro forma invoice.

Subsequent Payment
|
You pay the invoice total when you receive
your purchase. Orders before 12:00am on weekdays will be sent out
on the same day. We will absorb some of the surname fees which occur
when the orders are coming from domestic side. This sort of payment
is able to chose when you are ordering from Germany, Netherlands,
Luxemburg or Austria.

After finishing your order we will mail
you the needed Pay-Pal account details of the purchase. As soon as
your deposit has been transferred to our account, the order will be
sent out immediately. Orders before 12:00am on weekdays will be sent
out on the same day. For security reasons we can only accept payments
per Pay-Pal up to 500 ¤ (domestic), and only 250 ¤ when ordering from
abroad.

Cash payment
|
You can also save the delivery costs by
picking up your purchase on site. If you live near by or have the
opportunity to come along, don`t hesitate to arrange a appointment
in advance, so we can prepare your purchase to be collected.

Invoice
|
If you are ordering in the name of an administration,
institute or a bigger company it is possible to pay per invoice. This
payment method only needs to be activated for you. Just contact us:
